Alan Warms

Alan Warms founded Participate Crypto in 2018 to bring the power of crypto technology to companies via adjacent decentralized applications. Alan is a long time investor in crypto assets as well as a speaker on crypto and associated technologies. Alan founded Participate Learning, an edtech company (sold to VIF International, now Participate, in 2016). Alan also founded BuzzTracker.com and associated technologies and sold to Yahoo! in September 2007 where he subsequently ran Yahoo! News, Technology and Education; was investor in and publisher of RealClearPolitics from 2005-2007; founded Participate Systems (online communities for business) in 1997 and sold to Outstart (now part of IBM) in 2004. Alan has an MBA from the J.L.Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.

Darryl Anderson

Darryl Anderson has over 20 years of experience in building large scale enterprise and cloud applications. In his most recent role as Chief Architect of project44, Darryl led the development of an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) cloud platform for the logistics industry. Processing millions of transactions a day, the microservices-based architecture enabled the rapid scaling of both the engineering teams as well as feature delivery velocity. Prior to joining project44, Darryl was lead architect of Oracle's Healthcare Global Business Unit where he was responsible for the architecture and development of Oracle's Translational Research, Precision Medicine, and Healthcare Analytics products. These products combine genomic and clinical data into a single unified analytics suite. Darryl came to Oracle through the acquisition of ClearTrial, where he was the founding architect. Darryl has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Waterloo in Canada.
